• Implement ICT strategy and programs;
• Expand public and private information centers and maintain data security;
• Establish, organize and expand government information centers in zones and special districts within the region;
• To provide monitoring and support to the establishment, strengthening, expansion and ensuring the quality of service of the districts;
• Expand and strengthen video conferencing services in regional, zone, special districts and districts;
• Develop, provide and manage domain name standardization;
