• Provide legal recognition and protection to citizens who engage in research and innovation in science and technology;
• Collection and identification of intellectual property information and disseminate it to users;
• Coordinate with stakeholders to take consistent action against those who commit copyright infringement;
• Monitoring new discoveries from universities and research institutions with government support so that the institutions can take ownership and use it for the intended purpose;
• Increase the quality and efficiency of services provided to consumers in connection with trademark, industrial design and patent protection;
