  •  Monitors the establishment and implementation of various committees for recruitment, promotion, transfer, discipline, grievance handling and other relevant committees according to the guidelines and regulations of government employees.
  •  Induction training will be given to newly hired employees about the government's guidelines and regulations as well as the institution's establishment and expected results, as well as the responsibilities of the different departments of the office, so that they can be engaged in work.
